The client agrees and acknowledges that a change in the schedule may present a significant burden for the trainer and thus the client shall forfeit the amounts already paid to the trainer if the client must cancel the training services.

By engaging our services, clients agree to provide full disclosure and be truthful. Any discovered dishonesty may result in service termination without a refund. We reserve the right to refuse service due to untruthful background issues, disrespect, or a lack of client participation. If services are incomplete for these reasons, no future engagement will be permitted.
